About MHE Onsite Training

Delivering safe, efficient, and compliant forklift operator training directly to South Lincolnshire logistics and manufacturing businesses.

Our Approach

Training comes to you. We eliminate candidate travel time, reduce operational disruption, and deliver instruction on your specific equipment and site layout. Every course is tailored to your workplace hazards and business needs.

RTITB L3 Certified & Registered

Our lead instructor holds a current RTITB Level 3 certification for Counterbalance operator training (B1 standard and B2 rough terrain) and is formally registered with RTITB. All training meets or exceeds HSE ACOP L117 standards and PUWER 1998 compliance requirements. Our RTITB registration is current until November 2030, evidence of our commitment to professional standards.

Why Onsite Training?

Your operators learn on your equipment, in your environment, with your site-specific hazards addressed from day one. This ensures practical competence, reduces retraining, and builds confidence faster than offsite programs.

Local to Lincolnshire

Based in South Lincolnshire, we service logistics hubs, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers across the region. Free travel within 30 miles of Sleaford, flexible scheduling, and rapid response to course requests.
